AI’s Foundational Flaw: It’s Built on a System of Distrust

The entire ecosystem of AI development is built on a foundation of distrust, which has become its greatest structural flaw. The tech companies distrust their contractors, the contractors distrust their workers, and now, the workers have come to distrust the product they are building. This pervasive lack of faith is corrupting the technology from the inside out.
